What Swiss German dialects do you support?
We support all major Swiss German dialects including Zürich, Basel, Bern, Luzern, St. Gallen, and others. Our AI model is trained on regional variations and can handle different accents and speech patterns.
How accurate are your transcriptions?
Our transcriptions achieve 95%+ accuracy for clear audio. Accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, and dialect complexity. We continuously improve our models with user feedback.
What audio formats do you support?
We support MP3, WAV, M4A, and other common audio formats. You can also record directly in your browser. Maximum file size is 500MB per upload.
How does the credit system work?
One credit equals one minute of audio processing. Partial minutes are rounded up. Credits are used for both transcription and summary generation. You can purchase credits in packages starting at $10.
Is my audio data secure?
Yes, we use enterprise-grade encryption and security measures. Your audio is stored securely for playback purposes and can be deleted anytime. It is not used for training or any other purposes other than transcription and playback for the user. We comply with GDPR, Swiss FADP, and other privacy regulations.
Can I get transcripts in different languages?
Yes! How long does transcription take?
Most transcriptions are completed within 2-5 minutes. Processing time depends on audio length and server load. You'll receive an email notification when your transcript is ready.
Do you offer API access?
API access is coming soon! We're developing a robust API that will allow you to integrate SwissPer directly into your applications and workflows.
What if I'm not satisfied with the transcription?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the quality, we'll re-process your audio or refund your credits. Contact our support team for assistance.
Can I edit transcripts after processing?
Currently, editing transcripts directly in the web interface is not supported. However, you can download your transcripts as Word files (.docx) or text files (.txt) and edit them in your preferred application.
